Production Time (Processing Time) Each item is custom-made specifically for you. Please allow 7-15 business days for us to design, craft, and quality-check your item before it is shipped. For complex custom designs or bulk orders, production may take slightly longer. We will notify you if additional time is required.
Shipping Estimates Once your order has been crafted and leaves our facility, estimated delivery times are as follows: Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days. Express Shipping: 3-7 business days. Please note: Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time.
Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. ShinyCraft has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customized Products - Final Sale Please note that each of our products is custom-made to your specific requirements. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part. 1. Order Accuracy Before submitting your order, please double-check all personalization details (such as spelling, dates, sizes, or uploaded images). We produce items exactly as they are entered in the system. We cannot be held responsible for errors provided by the customer. 2. Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we will gladly resolve it for you. Please contact us at sales@shinycraft.co within 48 hours of delivery with the following information: Your Order Number A clear photo of the damaged/incorrect item A brief description of the issue 3. Resolution Once the error or damage is verified, we will offer one of the following: A replacement sent at no extra cost (the original shipping method will apply). A partial or full refund, depending on the specific situation.
