Customized Products - Final Sale Please note that each of our products is custom-made to your specific requirements. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part.

1. Order Accuracy Before submitting your order, please double-check all personalization details (such as spelling, dates, sizes, or uploaded images). We produce items exactly as they are entered in the system. We cannot be held responsible for errors provided by the customer.

2. Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we will gladly resolve it for you. Please contact us at sales@shinycraft.co within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

  • Your Order Number

  • A clear photo of the damaged/incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

3. Resolution Once the error or damage is verified, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement sent at no extra cost (the original shipping method will apply).

  • A partial or full refund, depending on the specific situation.
