Shipping Policy

1. Production Time (Processing Time) Each item is custom-made specifically for you. Please allow 7-15 business days for us to design, craft, and quality-check your item before it is shipped. For complex custom designs or bulk orders, production may take slightly longer. We will notify you if additional time is required.

2. Shipping Estimates Once your order has been crafted and leaves our facility, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days.

• Express Shipping: 3-7 business days.

Please note: Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time.

3. Tracking Your Order You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. You can track your package through the carrier's official website.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. ShinyCraft has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
